Ed & Teri were absolutely awesome when it came to purchasing our first home! Ed found us exactly what we were looking for, and when we saw the old school house built in 1863 we knew we had to have it! The whole process was easy as could be, even when some issues with our jobs came up Ed was willing and able to make everything work and get us into our home as soon as possible. In August we will have been here for 3 years and this home is absolutely perfect for our growing family (we have one son and are expecting our second in June). My fiance and myself couldn't be happier with our experience with Ed & Teri. We were first time home buyers with a budget, and Ed went above and beyond to insure that we found exactly what we wanted. We have been in our home, a schoolhouse from 1863, almost exactly one year, and we couldn't be happier! Ed & Teri made our first experience purchasing a home easy and quick. Even with some unforeseen hurdles that came our way our settlement Ed & Teri worked to make sure our settlement ran smoothly and we were able to get into the house ASAP. This was especially great because in March we welcomed our first son into the world, and we had our own place to take our little guy home to!

We met Teri by looking at a property she had listed. We had interviewed several agents before we met Teri. We were impressed by her responsiveness to our needs. We had her and Ed come out and view our home. Other agents wanted to list it 35,000 less then what they suggested. They did multiple open houses and sold our home in a little over three months . They are now assisting us in building a new home. Anyone who wants an agent who listens and responds quickly to your needs should give them a call. Always open and honest with us. I put my house in Reading PA on the market through Ed & Teri the 3rd week of April. They held 4 open houses over the next several weeks and after only 7 weeks I had a buyer. They even drove to Bethlehem PA several times (about 40 miles from Reading) to show me houses to purchase. I found one that I liked and they coordinated everything perfectly. I had settlement on both houses the same day July 30.

Ed was great in helping us find a home, and he took care of all the talking and the legal processes to ensure that as a first Time home buyer things went smoothly. Although we didn't communicate much through the process, I was assured that if an issue came up he'd let me know.

Ed was so personable throughout the entire experience. He was by our side from start to finish and then came to celebrate at our house warming party! Ed sold my mother's home in a very trying real estate market and in a difficult area. He persevered and got the job done. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

They made the process seem like a piece of cake. They kept us informed, educated us on the process, and continued to follow up with us. Extremely detailed and patient and what makes them stand out is that they get involved personally and truly understand your needs. I really can't imagine getting any better service.

Both Teri and Ed go the extra mile for every client, no question. I have known them for several years and they both have a great understanding of how to get a deal done.
